Construction of new depot in Cannonvale
Newlands were selected to construct the new Whitsunday Coast Depot for Energy Queensland. The scope of works involves the construction of a new depot in Cannonvale to replace the aging depot at 2 Faust St, Proserpine. The new depot consists of a 2-storey office, undercover warehouse, wash down bay, pole storage and outdoor warehousing facility that will cover the 7437m2 site at 1-24 Galbraith Park Drive, Cannonvale.
This project is set to be completed within a 6-month time frame.
