174 Hume Street Office Fit-out
Newlands Group were engaged by Ventia to execute a comprehensive office fit-out at their newly leased premises located at 174 Hume Street, Toowoomba. The objective of the project was to create a modern, functional workspace that could accommodate 80 staff members while aligning with the client’s operational needs and company culture.
The fit-out included the installation of workstations, loose furniture and whitegoods, along with several key enhancements aimed at improving both the functionality and aesthetics of the space. These enhancements included the demolition of existing walls to create a more open layout, reconfiguring the foyer, the creation of new quiet rooms, refurbishing the existing kitchen and establishing a town hall area.
Through the completion of this extensive fit-out, Newlands Group showcased its ability to deliver customised office environments that reflect the unique needs of each client. The result was a vibrant, efficient and modern workspace that not only met Ventia’s operational requirements but also fostered a collaborative and productive work culture.
