Water Main Upgrade
Upgrade of water infrastructure for Longreach
Project requirements included the exposure and removal of the existing water infrastructure allowing for the replacement pipe to be installed and the construction of a trunk water main.
The project included supply and installation of 583m of 100mm PVC-O pipeline, 406m of 150mm PVC-O pipeline, 2,288m of 300mm PVC-O and installation of hydrants and values, all being completed on budget and ahead of the original predicted time.
The project was completed within a 5-month time frame.
