USQ R Block
R Block refurbishment as part of the Campus Heart Revitalisation Project.
Newlands were engaged to complete the refurbishment of the University of Southern Queensland R Block as part of their Campus Heart Revitalisation project. The project consisted of internal demolition of the existing fit out while maintaining surrounding areas for students and staff throughout the duration of the project. A new café, study areas, IT Hubs and student information centre were features of the project. These spaces have revitalised the centre of USQs Toowoomba Campus and provided a modern space for to meet the requirement of USQ’s students and staff. This project was completed within 11 months.
