The Intersection Shopping Complex

Newlands Group was contracted to demolish an existing building and construct a new restaurant and fast food complex.  The project involved bulk earthworks and retaining of the site to create a level building pad, as well as the construction of two new buildings totaling approximately 750m2 of retail area.

The project involved widening of the road and lane changes to the adjoining main road and council roads, along with the addition of a drive through area.

The project was completed in a 7 month timeframe.
