Newlands were engaged to convert a heritage listed residential property into an ophthalmic surgery. The existing interior was demolished and rebuilt to a surgery standard. The works included construction of examination rooms, a staff tearoom and a reception area. Landscaping works were conducted to the exterior and an asphalt carpark was constructed.
