Scarecrow Foods Manufacturing Facility

Newlands undertook an exciting project to construct a state-of-the- art food manufacturing facility for Scarecrow Properties. The facility was designed to meet the specific requirements of the food industry, incorporating both office spaces and a dual-purpose shed. This unique structure consisted of a temperature-controlled foodgrade manufacturing area and a distribution warehouse, providing a total building size of 800m2. One of the key features of the facility was the strategic use of structural concreting on the outside of the building, which allowed for efficient loading and storage areas. This design element ensured seamless operations and optimised workflow within the facility. To enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality, the building was tied together with architectural landscaping, creating an appealing and cohesive environment. Newlands successfully executed this project, delivering a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that met the stringent standards of the food industry in Australia.
