Sanctum Stage 25 Subdivision

Newlands were contracted by Maidment Land Pty Ltd to undertake the construction of the Sanctum Stage 25 Residential Subdivision in Townsville.

This construction program included earthworks, stabilised pavement construction, sewer reticulation, stormwater drainage, water reticulation, and electrical and NBN service installation.

Newlands delivered this project without incident and to the satisfaction of Townsville City Council and Maidment Land Pty Ltd.

This project was completed within 5 months, which was well within the contract timeframe.
