Sacred Heart Primary School Hall Rectification

Newlands was awarded the waterproofing rectification works for the Sacred Heart Primary School Hall at Wilsonton, Toowoomba. The works comprised the excavation of the existing footpaths and stairs; re-waterproofing from underground to ground level around the perimeter of the hall; rectifying the roof leaks, and resealing the windows. The scope also included the installation of a sump pump to assist with stormwater drainage and the re-installation of the concrete paths and stairs.  The original waterproofing system in place had failed and the hall had begun to leak and show water damage. The re-waterproofing of the hall has allowed the staff, students, and family of Sacred Heart Primary School to enjoy the facility to its full potential for school and community events.
