RB Sellars Toowoomba

This project involved the design and construct of the base building works and fit-out works for the new RB Sellars store located on Annand street Toowoomba.
Base building works involved partial demolition of the existing structure, installation of a lift and construction of new amenities for the building. Due to the age of the building, some areas of flooring and timber ceiling had to be repaired and made safe using material retrieved from other sections of the tenancy.
Fit-out works involved the construction of staff rooms, storage room, office and change rooms as well as construction of custom display cabinets that were made to the clients exacting standards.
This project was completed within a 3 month time frame.
