CONSTRUCTION OF AMENITIES FACILITIES

Newlands Group was contracted to construct new central sports/event amenities to replace the existing aged structure. Construction was of one amenity building comprising of three ambulant toilets, two disabled toilets, six standard toilets, three storerooms, two showers, a quiet room, multi-functional space, electrical/comms room, and sheltered basin, hand drying and seating area.
