Parkridge Estate Stage 4

Newlands were contracted to construct Stage 4 of Parkridge Estate, a 21-lot subdivision located at Lambert Road in Goondiwindi. The vision of the private developer included a community where residents can enjoy spacious living with ample room for their dream homes, as well as additional space for shed, boats, and caravans just 5 minutes from the town centre.

Our scope of work encompassed a range of essential tasks, including bulk earthworks to prepare the land for housing. We meticulously connected all blocks to water and sewer infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient services for the future residents. Furthermore, we installed underground power lines, providing a seamless and aesthetically pleasing environment while ensuring a reliable power supply to each lot. Additionally, our team ensured that the NBN ready connections were in place, enabling residents to easily access high-speed internet services.

This project was completed in a 5 month timeframe.
