Park Lake Adare Stage 1

Newlands undertook the construction of Park Lake Adare Stage 1, a captivating 23-lot rural subdivision designed to offer residents a serene and idyllic acreage lifestyle. The project involved a comprehensive range of tasks, including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage installation, road construction, and the installation of water reticulation and electrical/NBN communication systems.

Meticulous planning and execution ensured that every aspect of the subdivision met the highest standards of quality and functionality. Park Lake Adare was thoughtfully designed to provide a harmonious blend of natural surroundings, featuring a peaceful lake, bush trails, and parkland reserves with amenities like undercover pavilions, barbeque and picnic areas, and walking and off-road bicycle tracks.
