Orchard Stage 1 Subdivision

This project involved the construction of a new residential subdivision in the suburb of Westbrook, located on the western side of Toowoomba.

The scope included bulk earthworks, stormwater and sewer drainage and water and electrical reticulation works. In total, 29 lots were created with the formation of two new roads and the extension to Crockers Road, contributing to a large portion of the contract works.

Our construction team took great care working in and around existing residences. as this project involved the development of vacant land nestled amongst existing residential developments.

As this project involved working in an area of deep black soil, care was taken to mitigate any delays due to rain as much as possible and to ensure the tight program was maintained.

This project was completed within 6 months.
