Newlands Group converted a heritage listed residential property into a doctors surgery. Internal fit-out consisted of the existing interior being demolished and rebuilt to a surgery standard, including examination rooms, staff tea room, and reception area. The exterior was relandscaped and an asphalt car park was
constructed.
