Nexus Wash Bay

Construction of new wash down facility.

Newlands Group was selected for the construction, commission and handover of the new wash down facility for Nexus.

The scope of works included excavation and installation of the septic tank, new oil separator, wash pits, waste to sewer line, new water and conduits for electrical, preparation and pouring the concrete slab, running cables and installing a new distribution board.

This project was completed in a 3 week time frame.
