Newlands Group was contracted to build a 2,240m2 enclosed feed mill with outlying slabs for bulk storage and silos. Works also included a refrigerated warehouse incorporating an office building and product packing area with a storage mezzanine floor, and employee BBQ area. Roads and pavements of 8,400m2 were constructed which consisted of a grain storage pad and access roads. The feed Mill construction was unusual as it was clad with corrugated iron internally and had exposed structural framing to the external.
