Highfields Childcare

BULK EARTHWORKS AND CONSTRUCTION

Newlands Group was contracted for the construction of a 640m2 childcare centre which first involved bulk earthworks and retaining for the whole development. Works also included construction of a shared driveway and car park for the centre. Project difficulties included external sewer and stormwater works for the entire site while meeting specific construction requirements for childcare centres.
