Glenvale Subdivision

Newlands Civil Construction were engaged to undertake the construction of a 33-lot residential subdivision.
The project involved bulk earthworks, roadworks, design plus construction of retaining walls, sewer reticulation installation, stormwater drainage installation, water reticulation installation and electrical/communication reticulation installation.
The project also involved the full reconstruction of McDougall Street along the frontage of the subdivision site which had to be completed in a short construction timeframe due to the high volumes of traffic that use McDougall Street.
This project was completed within a 5-month time frame.
