Footpath Upgrade
Upgrading the University of Southern QLD Footpath
Removal of and disposal off-site of existing paving and concrete kerbing, soil and turf, and relocation of some existing signage. Replacement of this infrastructure by installing new AS 1428 compliant concrete pathways, pedestrian kerbs, and vehicle crossovers where required with as little impact on occupants and users of the campus as possible.
Approximately 1 km of coloured concrete footpath was placed under traffic control, finished, and sealed to start the first stage of the University of Southern Queensland’s Baker St campus streetscape upgrade.
This project was completed within a six week timeframe.
