Dirranbandi Sewer Rising Main

Newlands were contracted to perform a critical upgrade to the Sewer Rising Main in Dirranbandi for the Balonne Shire Council.

The works involved the installation of a new 950m of thrust restrained PN 16 PVC sewer line to improve the capacity and capability of the existing aged sewer infrastructure. Complexities of this project included performing works within the main streets of Dirranbandi whilst maintaining continuous access, water supply and uninterrupted sewer flow for residents.

The overall duration of this project was 3 months.
