DEMOLITION OF EXISTING OFFICES AND FIT OUT OF NEW CUA BRANCH

Newlands Group was contracted to demolish an existing office fit-out, including removal of asbestos materials and construct a CUA fit-out. Demolition was undertaken after-hours due to the CBD location of the works. Once the site was cleared, engineering structural upgrades were undertaken and construction of a bank standard fit-out was completed.
