Callide Valley Toyota

Newlands Group was contracted to construct an extension to the existing showroom for Callide Valley Toyota to meet new Toyota branding and specifications.

The works comprised of partial demolition of the existing showroom, replacing structural steel, extending roof structures, and fitting out the new showroom. Within the works Newlands created a new suspended ceiling with custom joinery to desks, benches and a new staircase to the mezzanine level.

In addition to construction works, the project also included minor civil works to ensure car park accessibility to the new showroom.

Throughout the delivery our team worked collaboratively with the client to ensure their facility remained open and operational for the duration of the project.

This was completed within a 3 month timeframe
