Black Toyota Dalby

Newlands was engaged by Black Toyota Dalby to construct a new dealership and showroom spanning some 2,500m2, together with a separate detailing bay building. Adhering to the Toyota specifications, Newlands ensured that all items incorporated in the project complied with the franchise requirements and upheld the high quality finishes that Toyota is known for.

Various service bays fitted with oil and gas lines are featured throughout the workshop, in addition to engine, tool, oil and parts rooms, and a staff lunchroom and amenities. The showroom features an expansive tiled area for vehicles to be displayed, together with various office spaces, customer lounge and café facilities, amenities and meeting rooms. ALPOLIC cladding to the exterior of the building was completed with the traditional colour palette of Toyota.

The project involved extensive civil works, including the construction of an asphalt carpark including driveways, new stormwater infrastructure, road upgrade works to Commodity Court and road widening works to the Dalby – Cecil Plains Road which is a TMR state controlled road. The external works included landscaping, retaining walls and installation of rainwater tanks. The new facility will allow the Black Toyota team to expand their service offering to the local community.

This was completed within a 10 month timeframe.
