Aurora Hill Rural Residential Subdivision – Stage 3 & 4

Following on from the successful completion of Stages 1 & 2 for our client Lillybelle Park, Newlands were contracted to complete Stages 3 & 4 of the same rural residential subdivision. Works to these stages included tree clearing, construction of further roadways to service the new lots off the existing Mt Rascal Rd, bulk earthworks for roadways and the lots, stormwater pipework, water mains and electrical works.

This project was completed within a 6 month time frame.
