Newlands Group were contracted to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment project involving the demolition of the existing fit-out, the safe removal of asbestos and the construction of new office spaces spanning three levels of the building. Works also included the construction of new amenities on each floor, along with necessary structural rectifications. While the scope of work was divided into two main phases—Base Build and Tenant Fit-Out— the entire project was managed under a single contract for streamlined coordination and execution.

To add an extra layer of complexity, the work was undertaken while the building remained fully occupied by other tenants. To mitigate any potential inconvenience, our team placed a strong emphasis on maintaining clear, safe access routes throughout the building. Recognising the importance of minimising disturbances, we ensured that all noisy work was carefully scheduled for after hours and all high-risk activities were carried out over the weekends to avoid disruption to tenants.
