Glenvale Subdivision

Newlands Civil Construction were engaged to undertake the construction of a 33-lot residential subdivision in Glenvale, Toowoomba.

The project involved bulk earthworks, roadworks, design and construction of retaining walls, sewer reticulation installation, stormwater drainage installation, water reticulation installation and electrical/communication reticulation installation.

The project included the full reconstruction of McDougall Street along the front of the subdivision site.  This had to be completed in a short timeframe, due to the high volumes of traffic that use this busy road.

The project was completed within a 5 month time frame.
