About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team in a full‑time, permanent capacity. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment across a variety of civil construction projects, working closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure project standards and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate graders and associated plant and equipment
- Conduct daily pre‑start inspections on all machinery and vehicles
- Work from drawings and specifications under the direction of the Site Supervisor
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years experience operating Graders in earthworks and civil construction
- Final trim and GPS experience
- RII certifications
- Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
