We are seeking an experienced Civil Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading crews, driving quality outcomes, and upholding strong safety standards across site‑based projects.
About the Role
As a Civil Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day plumbing operations across multiple civil projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll provide strong leadership to site crews, apprentices and subcontractors while working closely with project managers and other supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing works across civil construction projects
- Lead, mentor and support plumbers and apprentices on site
- Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements, SWMS and company procedures
- Plan and allocate labour, plant and materials efficiently
- Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients as required
- Maintain quality control, productivity and site documentation
- Identify and resolve on‑site issues proactively
About You
You’ll be a motivated and capable leader with strong technical plumbing knowledge and proven supervisory experience in civil construction.
You will bring:
- Trade qualified Plumber (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a civil plumber or in a similar position
- Current QLD Plumbing Licence
- Demonstrated experience supervising plumbing crews
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
- Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively
- Valid driver’s licence
- White Card (required)
