Due to continued project growth, we are seeking experienced Civil Pipelayers to join our civil construction teams across the Toowoomba and regional Queensland areas.
These are hands‑on roles suited to experienced pipelayers who take pride in quality workmanship, teamwork and maintaining strong safety standards on site.
About the Role
As a Civil Pipelayer, you will be involved in the installation of underground services across a range of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with supervisors, operators and plumbers, you will help deliver sewer, stormwater and water main works safely, efficiently and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Install underground services including sewer, stormwater and water mains
- Lay and install DCL, poly, PVC, concrete and mild steel pipes
- Set out, level and align pipes using lasers and levels
- Assist with trench preparation, bedding, jointing and backfilling
- Work safely around plant and equipment in trenching environments
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements and site procedures
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity and teamwork
About You
You’re an experienced civil pipelayer with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality on site.
You will bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Civil Pipelayer
- Proven experience installing DCL, poly, PVC, concrete and mild steel pipelines
- Strong understanding of trench safety and pipelaying practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site crew
- White Card (required)
- Valid driver’s licence
