About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Concreter with proven skills in manholes, pits, formwork, steel fixing, and structural concrete to join our growing civil team. You will work across a variety of civil projects, supporting the construction of drainage systems, manhole installations, culverts, concrete structures, and pavement works.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install manholes, pits, drainage structures, and associated civil components
- Perform concrete placement, finishing, screeding, and compaction
- Interpret plans, drawings, and levels to ensure accurate installation
- Assist with excavation, preparation, steel fixing, and formwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other civil crews
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated concreting experience in civil infrastructure, especially manholes, pits, and drainage structures
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and safety requirements
- White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
- Ability to operate effectively in a team and follow direction
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
