About the Role:
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be integral in providing high-level assistance to our executive team, with a focus on property, contracts, and general administrative functions. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. If you have experience in property, contracts, finance or law and excel in administrative support, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, Managing Director and Property Development team, assisting with property and legal matters.
- Coordinate communications with consultants, subcontractors, tenants, legal teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Review and manage contracts, reports, and legal documents, ensuring attention to detail.
- Assist in managing property-related matters, including liaising with tenants, agents, and subcontractors.
- Prepare, schedule, and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Support with general office administration, including answering calls and managing correspondence.
- Organise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with the preparation and editing of reports and documents.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Minimum 5 years’ prior experience in a similar role or as an Executive Assistant, ideally within construction, property, finance or law.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Show a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
