Newlands was contracted for a multistage project consisting of the refurbishment of over 6,500 sq.m. of innercity CBD land and buildings to create Toowoomba premier casual dining/premier office precinct. The scope of works included all structural and civil engineering design along with all building works onsite. Total construction costs over the course of the development will exceed $12M.
